By placing an order, you are agreeing to all of our terms and policies mentioned below. We will not make exceptions to any of these policies.

Policies and Shipping

Product Remake – Due to rebatching and re-making of products, every item is unique in its own way.  Batches do not all remake exactly the same, however, the same beauty and quality remain the same.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES********Consequently due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges can not be permitted. However, if there has been a mistake on our part, Lynns Bath Boutique will do our best to resolve the issue right away.

SHIPPING WHOLESALE

Most important, wholesale customers should choose the wholesale shipping option at zero cost.  Additionally, shipping costs for wholesale orders will be determined once orders are complete and a separate invoice for shipping costs will be generated. The shipping charges are based on the total weight of the products.  Consequently, this is done to ensure we provide you with the most economical shipping choice available.

Wholesale Returns & Restocking Fees

Even more, we stand behind our products and want to maintain a great relationship with our retailers. All retail orders come with a 5-day money back guarantee. Items must be in resalable condition. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods: If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Lynns Bath Boutique within 10 days of receipt for inspection.  Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

Canceling/Changing Your Order: Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.

Additionally, duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited.


SHIPPING RETAIL

Lynns Bath Boutique ships to virtually any address in the world.   Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Lynns Bath Boutique is not responsible for any destruction or confiscation due to Customs.  Special fees for Customs and imports are not included in the shipping price. Furthermore please be aware of your Customs rules, regulations and fees before placing your order.

While there may be special circumstances almost if not all orders ship within (2) business days first class.  However if unless specified otherwise.

Additionally, when multiple orders placed, Lynns Bath Boutique, therefore, do our best to combine orders.  If you do not want your orders combined, please note this during checkout.

Consequently, Orders shipped to address you provide.  Ensure the shipping address is correct.

Finally Please make sure that your shipping information is up-to-date in Paypal before completing your order.  Lastly Lynns Bath Boutique cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
